A fathers day special.I've decided to call this version 1.0
While there are not many new features from the 0.18-17 release, the internal data structures have been re-worked into a more consistent method. i.e. they use linked lists.
It includes a working REPORT DENSITY op code which should make those TSM users happy.
The side effect is that the 'media load rules' in /etc/mhvtl/device.conf are no longer used.
When the media is created, the media type has to match the drive type.
e.g.
LTO4 drive will read/write LTO3 or LTO4 media. LTO2 media will be read-only.
How to get it:
github is up-to-date.
http://sites.google.com/site/linuxvtl2/ has a tar ball and pre-built RPMS
